Dinner before the Parktheater Eindhoven

The Parktheater is Eindhoven's city theatre: over three hundred performances a year, from cabaret and musicals to drama, dance and opera, in a hall seating almost a thousand plus a second auditorium beside it.

Honest about the distance

The theatre sits on the edge of the Stadswandelpark, outside the ring road. From Kerkstraat that is about 1.3 kilometres: a walk of some sixteen minutes, part of it through the park. On a summer evening that is a pleasant warm-up. In November in the rain it is not, and you take a bike or a car.

What does hold: evening performances almost always start at 20:00. Eat with us at half six and you are there in good time — even walking.

The Parktheater also plays matinees and family shows. Then it is still light when you come out, you are on the street around half four, and the walk back into town is exactly right for an early dinner. No need to book; we do not hold tables, we simply have them.
