GLOW takes over the city centre. We are on Kerkstraat, right inside that area — and after a few kilometres in the November cold, a burger is not a luxury.

Where to eat near the Van Abbemuseum
Six minutes on foot. The museum closes at five — right when we get going.
The Van Abbemuseum is Eindhoven's museum of modern and contemporary art, on the river Dommel. The collection holds work by Picasso, Mondriaan, Chagall and Beuys, and the museum owns one of the largest El Lissitzky holdings in the world, with changing exhibitions built around it.
Afterwards
The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, eleven until five, and closed on Mondays. Which means everyone who stays for the last round is out on the street at five — and from there it is a six-minute walk to Kerkstraat, via Catharinaplein.
On Tuesday afternoons the final two hours are free. That puts a serious stream of visitors onto Stratumsedijk at five o'clock. We are open then, and you do not need to book.
Or eat first
Two hours of museum on an empty stomach is a bad plan. Coming in from the station or by car? Eat with us first and walk on afterwards. A burger, fries, done — no drawn-out ritual, because you still have an exhibition to get through.

The finish is on Vestdijk, one block from our door. We are open on the Sunday, all afternoon.
